Protection of personal data

The supplier CUBESAVE, a.s. with its registered office in Prague 8, Švábky 2, 180 00, IČ 07017901, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 23368 (hereinafter the “Administrator”), within the meaning of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council / EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), processes the following personal data:

b. email address
c. telephone

The name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number must be processed in order to create an offer of services, negotiate this offer or in order to answer your question. Such processing is enabled by the provisions of § 5 para. b) of the Personal Data Protection Act. This personal data will be provided by CUBESAVE, a.s. processed during the period of mutual communication, business relationship, negotiations on concluding a contract between you and CUBESAVE, a.s., no later than 1 year from your request, unless you give your consent to further processing.
The processing of personal data is performed by CUBESAVE, a.s .., ie the administrator of personal data. Personal data may also be processed by processors authorized by the controller using manual and automated processing methods, with personal data being transmitted in particular to providers of IT services, logistics services, postal and delivery service providers.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

request from us information on what personal data we process,
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
request the deletion of this personal data from us - however, this deletion will result in the termination of negotiations on the contract,
in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
